Light brown contacts,weave styled a certain way and how they frame their profiles tells me who they're trying to appeal to and it isn't black men.

On Hinge I get a ton of likes and replies to my profile questions from east asian, south asian and white women. This past sunday I got a like from a sista (ironically from Toronto) who has been pretty cool talking to so far, but the vast majority of black women here do not fukk with black men at all.

Straight black men anyway. As I've learnt all too well. And unlike a few years ago I see a lot of black women here now on the apps.

I dont see any in the downtown hub. I was kinda surprised when I saw a black couple with a child in the summer. As its rare certainly for me to see.

There are certainly more single black people here now than when I got here in November 2015. But dating wise its messed up.

It's hard to find black women who are just chill.

It's either the party girl black chicks who want to hang with white bro's or the arty black chicks who talk a good game about white supremacy, BLM etc then you find out they messing with white men. I used to think that shyt was a joke,natural hair, nose ring, earthy vibes, but I've met so many of these types of women that I see one and I know what her "type' is.



I get more love from every other kind of chick except black with a few exceptions who I'm still in touch with.

I agree with this. A lot of women and even some men who allow it think this shyt is cute. Many times I've heard married men say their wife is the "boss". It's all good until she's disrespecting you in public and talking to you any old way and totally disregarding your decisions.
