That's all I do, but more like mutual friends, or just meeting people naturally. rarely do I just run up on a woman. I would almost say regardless of the context, it's a high probability.
Which can sometimes, take the fun out. I obviously understand living in the moment, and I do, but there's a few times recently where I get the sensation of meeting someone, having a good conversation, flirtation, obvious mutual attraction, and realizing, unless this person responds to a damn text, I won't see them again.
We won't move past a touch or a gaze, or whatever, unless you damn near harass them or hard sell them. it's all tied to phones, option overload, anxiety.

Well, if you see her everyday, what is the real purpose of text? If you asked them out in person, for drinks, eat, whatever, what would they say?
For me, what I was saying is I don't see these people everyday, and we could be 100% in person, but we need text to coordinate/logistics/confirm at a minimum.
