I see where you’re coming from and on a personal level I kinda agree with you because a child requires selfless endurance that now and days people just don’t have.
But I will say this, a kid/kids are a massive time and responsibility sink that some people just aren’t willing to put themselves through. Plus folks can barely take care of themselves let alone taking care of a kid.
I respect a chick that has the self awareness to realize that she’s selfish with her time and energy so doesn’t want a kid. It’s better than the chicks popping out kids in broken homes with multiple fathers.

To me it does raise an eyebrow if I hear a chick say she doesn’t want kids. It would also depend on her age. A woman over 40 yeah I could see why. A woman under 35 I’d have some questions and come to a conclusion.
Women on average usually have a kid/kids that when you run across one that doesn’t and she’s attractive it’s like a red flag to a degree.

More so to me a chick doesn't want kids but has petd and shyt. That's a sign of a person running from traumatic experience likely with her mom but still can't defeat nature of wanting to be a mother.

Aight story time from this past weekend:
It all started on a chill Friday night. I'm winding down, ready to hit the hay early 'cause I got responsibilities—gym in the morning, errands on deck, and a date later in the evening. Adulting at its finest.
Around 10 PM, my phone buzzes. It’s a 24-year-old I’d messaged earlier in the week finally replying. I ask her what she’s up to, and she hits me with, “Hanging with my BFF who’s in town—we’re drinking.” Classic. Apparently, they were supposed to go out, but ended up staying in and getting too drunk to function.
I toss back a casual reply, asking what they sippin on not too pressed. I mean, I'm about to knock out. Gotta preserve the gains and the grind.
Then—plot twist—another girl messages me at like 10:30 PM, right as I’m drifting off. Her timing? Impeccably awful. I tell her straight up, “Your timing is trash, I was literally falling asleep lol” She laughs it off, says she’s usually asleep too on Fridays but her friend’s in town or whatever and they getting tacos and shyt. Honestly, I tuned out after that. Bedtime was calling.
Somewhere between dreamland and dawn, the first girl replies again—something along the lines of “Haha we’re so drunk, this is wild!! Margaritas are my favorite drink!!!”
Cute. But it’s 5 AM when I wake up (unwillingly, might I add), see the message, and just... wasn't in the mood. Not trying to match drunk energy when I haven’t even had breakfast yet.So I shelf it. I figure I’ll respond later. I’ve got a full day ahead—preworkout in the veins, errands getting checked off, the whole morning I have that "I'm him” feeling. Except lunchtime rolls around, and I eat something I’m allergic to like a genius. Pop a Benadryl and boom—out cold.
I wake up just in time to get ready for my date at 7. It’s chill. Nothing to complain about, good vibes, decent convo. I get home around 8:40, open Hinge with intentions to finally respond to Miss Drunk Text, and—she unmatched me. Lol, what? I was literally fighting for my life against allergies
Meanwhile, the second girl—the one with the horrible timing—we’d made plans to hang on Sunday. We’d been texting through Saturday too, vibes were flowing. I last hit her up around 3, but I was busy from then until about 8:50 with my benadryl nap and my date. Come back, text her back ask when she’s free tomorrow... radio silence. Ghosted. Keep in mind this ain't even on the app. I got this chick's actually number texting so now suddenly the read receipts aren't showing up. I'm like okay...
Next day? Still nothing. I unmatched. That one kinda sucked—she was cool, we were clicking. But hey, life moves
The silver lining? The girl I actually went on the date with is still around. She’s hitting me with good morning texts, showing consistency. So yeah, we’ll see where that goes.
