I'm a women's shoe salesman for a major department store (yeah, Al Bundy) and every time I chop it up with an attractive female , I suddenly get ridiculously busy. I don't know if it's just coincidence or these chicks just hate on the attention I'm giving someone else.

Yeah breh my EX moved into my house a few months ago during the summer. I live in a three story house so her room is on the first floor whilst I have a floor to myself(the 3rd) so without me going downstairs often I don't really see her that much. We haven't gone out with each other in years but she was still cool with my fam, specifically my cousin since they were friends before me and her started dating.

Small problem: I seem to have a little trouble "opening". What I mean is, I can find myself around an attractive female(s) and want to speak to them, but I find myself thinking "shyt...I have NOTHING to say this chick." If I actually knew or met them before, it'd be a bit different. But, I can't hellp but get this awkward annoying feeling when I want to try and gain some rapport with ones I've taken a little interest in....
Honestly, don't force the issue. When you start trying to force conversation, that's when it becomes awkward. Don't look for the perfect line or start thinking of how if you say this, she will say that, etc... most important thing is to be comfortable with yourself, and if your conversation is stilted, be more social and get out the house more. Just like anything else, the more you do it, the better you get at it. The main key though is to just talk to women WITHOUT trying to game them or procure them. The conversation flows 10 times more easily then.

Granted; selfishness is a human trait. But, I cant' help but constantly read victim-hood from you guys.
What exactly are we offering women to improve their lives? What exactly are we seeking to get from them?
Ex. if you are just looking for sex or a warm body to have around, how exactly are you inspiring loyalty in women?
Before @Emperor_ReinScarf (who makes plenty of great points) makes me out to be "defending" women, I just asking a critical question to break up the string of "Man, these women..." posts that populate this thread.
