As the year comes to a close it is the perfect time to stop over-thinking and permitting your imagination to construct any form of fear in your mind. Now is the time to let go of hate, anger, bitterness, and moments marinating on the past oh oh oh it is time to let go, because the present is so much more precious than the past. It’s not feasible to extract any more exhilarations out of the mine of the past no matter the tools, but delight and wonder new exultation moments can be felt in the present. Because in the now you have the liberty to experience new encounters.

As the year comes to a close it is the perfect opportunity to give thanks for making it through another year and all the blessings bestowed upon us. Sometimes by not having the luxury car, a significant other, big house, and the flashy gig we marinate on the things we wish we had or the position in life we thought we would be at this moment and time. However there are people out there who wish they could afford any form of transportation, are tethered to a horrible relationship praying to get out, individuals living on the street or in a shelter and people who would take any job offered to them regardless how menial. Even the things you may define as little things would be treasures to many individuals. So today I am thankful for everything, thankful to God for another day breathing, thankful for my health, thankful for my parents for still being alive, thankful for my friends and those who care about my wellbeing.

Not a coli topic breh but I'll write a little in this thread This is a chick I met twice.

So, I took her out to eat and we had drinks after.

I'm teasing her a bit during dinner and she tells me Im mean. I ask for a doggy bag to give what we didnt eat to a homeless dude outside, she said no thats disgusting. I keep busting her balls a little bit, we get to the bar and she buys drinks for us.

Now Im getting a bit tipsy and I dont know how we got into this discussion, but all of a sudden:

I think that the vast majority of women don't really like 'you' for you. They just like the fact that you're a puzzle they haven't figured out yet. The more you reveal of yourself, the more common you become. Growing up watching movies etc. you were told that it was all about common interests and 'communicating' and a whole bunch of nonsense like that. Men did their best to have conversations about interests held in common ('what music do you like?', 'what movies do you like?, etc.) and then come to find out, the more you shared about yourself, the more likely she was to peel off. You come to find out, when you attempted to solve issues by 'talking it out', she got bored and left. There are only a few women you will come across in life that really like you and what you're all about, and you better not miss those. You get one of those 'puzzle seekers' and they're bound to leave at any time because once you stop bringing something 'new' to the table, they will get bored and leave. These women only 'act right' as long as they are under the thrill of a mystery. You really have to filter these women out and see if they are mystery seekers or if they are really interested in who you are

The Bible tells us it is not good for man to be alone. We also see in it the effects of what a bad woman will do. An adulterous woman is like a deep pit.

Essentially, if you can find a great woman, that's a lovely thing. Otherwise, you got to learn to be single, because having a bad woman will ruin your life. As men, we all have emotions and we'd prefer not to be alone as opposed to being single, but it's also our duty to learn to keep our emotions into control and avoiding turning a woman into something she is not.
