This man in my building got his girl a new car for her birthday and I know for a FACT hes late on rent but she needed a new car. One of my brothers proposed to his girl THIS EASTER SUNDAY and spent 2k in the process..just for the drawn out proposal..not even the ring. JUST so her family could witness him proposing to her.

Most of these nikkas are scrubs. You can't let them deter you from the good young men that are out here in full effect.

Wow, it's been waaaay too long since I've been in this thread......

My dilemma:

I feel that I've pretty much reached my "alone" peak (I've been over two years single with no p*ssy, SOMEWHAT by choice. I'll get into that in the next sentences...)

You see, every time I see a female that has "potential" (someone I'd holla at), I'd sub-consciously talk myself out of it. I'll be walking and by and see her, then something in my head is like:

"Ehhh, fukk it."
"Is it even worth it?"
"Maaan, you know it's always one thing or the other with these broads."
"She doesn't even seem like she's checking for you in any form. What's the point?"
"I don't even know this chick, the fukk I'm suppose to say?"

It really frustrates me. It's not even like I can't talk to people, I'm just not really the type that can walk up on a person and talk like I've known them for years without feeling awkward as fukk.....

Any woman that associates love with you giving her some kind of financial compensation is to be avoided. They gonna call men scrubs, but yet they need their rent paid or schooling paid for. In life, we always are going to have to eventually reinvent ourself in some form or fashion, but the key is, you can't be afraid to do it, and there will always be something in your life telling you it's time to move on. Like with me, I originally got a degree in accounting. i didn't care for it all and eventually jumped into programming and am slowly in the process of moving towards that avenue. Main thing towards reinventing yourself is that you can't be afraid to do it and you start getting this feeling that it's time to change up. NEVER let age or any other factor stop you from reinventing yourself. Is there some specific avenue about reinventing yourself that you are curious about?

There's this one girl who I was fukking with tough; texting all day ,talking all day , and smashed a couple times and I can't get over the feelings I thought I had for her even tho she told me she don't like me like that and never will. I know it's just the familiarity I have with her but like other girls legit don't make me feel like she does. I like can't stop thinking bout her some days and I tried getting rid of her for a minute and I couldn't make it past like a week and she tells me she doesn't want to lose contact but always reminds me she can't be what I wanted from her

Just the emotions, the longer you go without talking to her, checking he social media. The easier it gets. Rejection sucks, especially a woman you were feeling. Women will fees you that hope gibberish I love talking to you, don't want to lose you.

Soon she will be enamoured by a dude she really likes and won't even talk to you, and you'll wish you cut her off before.

If you can make it to 3 weeks it gets easy after that.

Once you kill the emotions she will just be another girl. There is nothing special about a woman not into you, go up to a random girl on the street she will prob reject you see nothing special.

You can decide its your life, accept not being a priority just a option. Languished in the friend zone, hope and pin for another chance , fake being her friend and having a aloof attitude as she goes out and dates and complains to you about NP good nikkaz hold out for a chance. Deal with the pain little by little day by day.

Or you can cut the cord, deal with the pain in a lump sum. Don't talk to her, let her know she's either with you or not. The pain won't be either but you'll get through it, and in a month or so there will just be remnants left if you don't text look at pictures or stalk her social media.

Like any addiction you need to starve it. Once starved the memories get pushed back and that's all your emotions can feed on after a while indifference and you get on with life.

Take it from a guy who got over a ended engagement and another ex who was in my life for five years and now could care less about either of them..

I'd say life is constantly changing, are you the same man you were 5 years ago even maybe last year.

If I never changed who I was as a person I'd be stuck in the same muck I was lingering in for years.

I had to change my.mindset, take risks, exit my comfort zone to be the man I am today. And still yo this day I'm still tinkering, trying to be a better men, working on my weaknesses strengthening my strengths.

At one point in life I cared what people thought about me, I was shy in a cocc00n.

But I changed, its never to late to better yourself, to rid yourself of the cement blocks holding you back in life whether its friends who shouldn't be friends, a stagnant boring job, a stagnant boring life, a relationship that is not enriching you.

We only have one life its never to late to change any facet of it.

If you told me last year st this point I'd be making so and so money. I'd be happy without bitterness in my heart, I'd be volunteering every week at a shelter, I'd be writing here and there, I'd be in church tithing and about to be baptized, I'd actually have a decent looking toned body I would have laughed and called you a liar.

I changed my life in so many ways and took a form that I'm happy with

this is just an example i did years ago:

for me i just got tired of being walked on and playing nice guy so i told myself take the time no matter how long it maybe to not let a female do that.

i would just go to the library read random books get advice from family members and friends that i trusted. as time went by and i was ready to play the field and when i felt a female would try to pull that b.s. with me i would just remind myself thru those past experiences of emotions flood my mind briefly and be like with her real quick. i was not gonna tolerate no more shyt tired of the games playing heartbreak being nice etc...... so whenever i felt like i would faulter i would take a deep breathe let the old emotions flood my mind and it will give me the strength to stop myself from losing my way

i would also get more involved in working out and sports to keep my mind set and body right and strong relieve the stress it would help me keep that focus i needed

i mean if u could and be like aight no problem then i wouldnt really care if u kept contact cuz u could control ur feelings or emotions in this situation but the fact of the matter is u cant cuz ur feelings are deep then u got it where if she wants too she can drag u along like a toy and use u easily get u excited and be like na it was mistake and hurt ur more and do this back and forth

u need time to get ur feelings in check and mentally check her out cuz the longer u keep her close to ur feelings the more hurt ur setting urself up and it can turn into a massive heart break u wont see coming

nothing wrong with being picky breh. the way i look at it now, the worst that can happen is that she can say no and you'll never see her again.

if you're awkward use that to your advantage, tell the girl you feel awkward about approaching her and that you don't do this a lot. If she is receptive then you'll know and you can chop it up, get the numbers
