Being successful also means being smart away from work. You don't have the time to deal what the ain't shyt dude does. This will narrow the field of course so you don't have access to as many women as a man prefers but it is what it is. I wouldn't say mental harm but you definitely do experience a "shift" so to speak. Your train of thought either becomes super savage or you become indifferent. Personally, I don't think indifference is bad as as long you're focusing your time and energy on improving yourself.

I feel that has personally caused me mental pain such as depression. Spending weekends and holiday consistently for many years has definitely taken a toil on me. At the end of day, i'm not suggesting be needy but at the end of the day men and women need each other. Neither was meant to be alone. Women need attention(despite what they say about not needing a man) and so do men.
