Having said that, I need some advice - how does one disengage from a chick when they work together and see each other every day?

Long story short, I was sort of vybing with this chick from work - chatting, sending jokey emails, messaging each other to coordinate our smoke breaks together, etc. So we start seeing each other for a little while, but some shyt happened and it ended somewhat poorly. So we didn't speak for a couple weeks, but slowly things became more cordial, and one day she messages me inviting me out for a cigarette, an invitation I accepted (idiot, I know).

Now things are pretty much back to where they were in the beginning: inviting each other out for breaks together, chatting etc. The only difference is, I'm pretty positive she has moved on and she just sees us as friends. I still have fairly strong feeling for her, so obviously this is not a healthy situation to keep putting myself in. So my question is: how do I disengage from this situation? Like, how do I stop inviting this chick out for smoke breaks, which at this point is a pretty firmly established habit, without (a) looking like a butthurt fakkit and (b) making things super awkward at work?

The problem is that when you are a young man between the ages of 18 and 24, most of your free time is consumed chasing after p*ssy. What if I told you that the older you get, the easier it will become and soon women will be throwing sex at you?

It is definitely true. All you have to remember is to be patience and work on yourself. Do everything you need to do so that you can be successful and happy in your life. When you start approaching your late 20s and have your shyt together, women will be on your dikk. It doesn't matter how you look. With money you can dress nice and smell nice.

And you will have your pick of the litter. The women your age, the older women, and the younger women. At least you are learning breh. See how she contacted you when you stopped contacting her? See how she agreed to come to your place when you made your move? Your whole energy was probably "fukk it, what do i have to lose" when you asked her over. Maybe you were a little too rough when kissing on her. Foreplay starts in the mind.
