Just the desire for female validation. We quoted back & forth on this before, the "put my head down, work on myself" thing but there's days/moments where I'm like "am I really THAT bad to have nobody on me?" But objectively speaking I don't offer much so yes I am, at least for a woman worth being around/looking at. So there's basically a tug of war between those two states of mind.
And how has it helped me physically or mentally?

Im on kent mode and dont plan on getting a woman or having kids for the rest of my time being. I retired from women. (Unless they obviously want me)
I get that. I'm working on me for me but I just have the mentality of "if you're not equipped don't play the game." Other thing is I'm not looking for a girlfriend so building with somebody isn't a priority. I need to be building myself.
I've already given my laundry list of shortcomings in here but that's gonna have to be the wolf I feed by working on them instead of wondering "nikka you can't be that bad." I am.
