Creeping hasn't really been an issue. It sounds like some corny shyt, but with the level of connection that you get from building your kingdom and vision of life with a woman, it makes other women seem lightweight. I turn my head and almost crash my car every day because there's so many beautiful women. But when you got a woman at the crib that you've been through wars with and who wants you to own her in bed on some Mortal Kombat your soul is mine shyt, it's not that hard. Don't get me wrong, wondering about the thrill of the hunt is always there, but it's not as big a deal if you use that energy toward your woman and putting her on to something new, while demanding more of her. Which was the point of the original joint that you bolded.

Broke the ice with a chick at work today (yeah I know the add age but this is a job not a career), it actually didn't go as planned but I still got her name anyway. I only did this cause we've made frequent eye contact before but it was definitely outside of my comfort zone. Can't take 3-5 minutes to chop it up in what I do but I'm introverted anyway so I just said it was nice to meet you and went about my business for a little bit. We were working in the same area pretty much.
After a little while I come back to hear her talking to another woman about how she's a serious type of girl who doesn't give her number out often but I guess somebody in there felt comfortable to ask. So I make sure to poke fun at it like, "Well can I ask?" She laughed out an "Oh my God" but I wasn't gonna stand around for a full-blown it was just an in-the moment joke to plant the seed.
A few minutes later I'm like, "I guess that oh my god was a no, huh?" And she says I don't like to give my number out, I get asked a lot and I feel bad so I just don't give it out. So I say oh I see, it's cool.
At the end of the shift everyone is leaving but she works a position that had her busy 10-15 minutes after me. So before I bounce I say, "You sure you can't make an exception?" She smiles and goes, "Not at the moment."
So should I collect on the rain check tomorrow, play it on some see you when I see you again shyt, or y'all think she's playing?
