Late Merry Christmas to the brethren.

A lesson I've learned is to avoid speaking words in a state of passion or deep emotion. it's very easy to get into a zone, feel a woman in the moment and start telling her all kinds of things based off the feeling you are currently feeling. Then, when you sit back and think about it while you have a clearer head and you simply regret a lot of what you've said.

Sometimes when I'm really vibing with a woman, I start painting all kinds of pictures for her and then just think, "I shouldn't have said that." As men we must be careful not to give women promises we cannot fulfill... and these sorts of promises are made or pictures are painted... and when that bout of emotion passes, we realize we cannot or do not have the desire to go through with it, which will lead to disappointment on the part of the woman. Guard your words and, doubly do so when your emotions are heightened.

I have definitely fallen into this self-made trap. Although I dont lose my desire to carry out the aspiration I still feel its better to be cautious so you dont disappoint.

actually, a womans morality and spirituality is her currency. If you determine a womans worth by her appearence, you are bound to choose a spouse who is selfish and disagreeable. Your goal should be finding a woman who loves 1) you 2) God 3)and her family. I think that the ascent into manhood comes with this realization. The same goes for women. I think everyone goes through the stage where they want an extremely attractive partner. It's only with maturity that you realize attractiveness won't build a solid foundation for your future children.

its not a deal breaker...but i will NOT open the door on the way out to see how she reacts...and if she flip ima just be like "you didn't say thanks when i did it the first time, i though u had it"

1st impressions are key too though, a female just has to make a good enough impression that i want to call her again or see her again. I don't think you can gauge enough from one meeting. Iv'e met girls who made slightly awful first impressions that turned out pretty cool....

sometimes people don't feel like dealing with the social bullshyt, you may catch a female on that day it happens.

New Years Eve is a gold mine here in ATL. I go the the big parties (1000+ people) and its easy to bag women that are here for the holidays or dont really club too much. Last year My boys and I bagged a 3-set that were in town from Tennessee , brought them back to my crib and smashed. FEAST!

no I see what youre saying, yet the whole point of the article and the "chickens" I was referring to are a great illustrative point to show men what is really out there. not only were these chickens feeling as if they had to compete with the younger, prettier women over the same men, but the desperation was more apperant when they realized they spent a lot of their youth avoiding serious commitment and being a modern feminist.

you do have a point in what makes a great woman, but, to take the rose tinted lens off - Im sorry to break it to you, looks will always be a factor when men choose to deal with a female. and its the women whom rely on their looks as their prime means to an end that have that weapon turned against them as the clock ticks and theyre getting older. their own biological clock as well, work against them when they have been waiting a long time to settle down. men, we dont have biological clocks and can give a woman a seed for a far longer time. so we aleady have ourselves in a different position than women. in many ways, they do mature faster than males. its the women who spent too long putting off the getting of what they want, that are working against their goals.

with the rise in single parent households and divorce rates, there are a lot of women rushing for a certain male as her time grows shorter. I stand by my statement while agreeing with yours. the game is deep, and it helps to call the plays ahead of time. for the men out here who run into the majority of the vain, self absorbed, unstable women out there they can use that knowledge to manuever through life accordingly

So I've been dating the 30-year-old for about a month now. Still haven't made it official. But dang, ol' girl is putting in some serious work.

I have to work on Christmas and I can't go home to see my fam. She lives about an hour away from me but she still offered to come over because she doesn't want me to be alone on Christmas

Sounds like a winner so far. That would make a good impression on me too, but just remember not to get attached too quickly just yet as it's still early days in the relationship.
