Offer to pay for small things...coffee, tea, etc. It sets the precedence that she's gonna have to earn the better/pricier things, though I never move up from coffee, I don't feed ho's, she can have some dollar coffee, but I'm not taking thots out to dinner or a movie...coffee and a park bench, if you can't seal the deal within the allotted time, then move on.
