I have little doubt that she was the one that initiated the whole encounter because if you notice, Chris hasn't been caught up for beating another woman since. Who I am really going hard on was the simp negroes who came in to rush to her rescue, threatening Chris Brown with bodily harm when she was most likely just as culpable if not moreso and then she gets RIGHT back with the dude that these lifeguards wanted to save. Females always be doing this stuff because they know they have someone in this society to bail them out, whether it's the government or some simp negro. Out of wedlock pregnancies used to be relatively rare because back in the day if a woman got pregnant out of wedlock, society would shame and shun her. Most men would not consider marrying a woman who had another man's kids out of wedlock. They might deal with a widow, but not a woman who had kids out of wedlock. There was a real punitive factor for her. If she got it popping and pushed out kids before marriage, her life was over and it would be garbage. She would often be outcast or shamed by her family and she would find it very hard to find a man to marry.

Nowadays, society REWARDS women for having out of wedlock kids and for acting up. They get money incoming from the kid's father and they are perfectly free to deal with the abundance of negroes willing to take them on and who are willing to 'man up' and not only put money in her pocket, but to assume the responsibility for another man's child.
