Busy is NEVER an excuse for flaky or unassertive. don't let these women trick your mind into confusing the two. if a chick is busy but still wants to see you, she will tell you when she's available and make a counter offer. If she doesn't want to see you, she'll use the fact that she's busy (which may actually be true) as the excuse. the reason she can't come out and just flat out tell you she's not interested is partly cowardice, partly because she never knows when she might need you for something.

I stopped by my old college campus and met a young woman who was doing a paper.Before you know it,we making small talk and she gives me 3 topics she is doing a paper on and wanted me to pick one.I picked a topic and she said she will do it the way she agreed and didnt challenge me was surprising.We exchange #'s.I try not to over think but is this a good sign?
