Yes. Women are very talkative with men they're highly attracted to. All you have to do is carry 25% of the convo and they'd take it from there.
I keep my texts with women pretty short and objective so I can't give you too much advice there. However, in general, if you're doing all of the convo work when you guys are talking, then the interest isn't there. Women love to talk and you really should only have to do 25-35% of the talking. Main thing to steer the convo and give occasional confirmations that you're listening.
With women I think it's better to keep texting to a minimum. Use it to get info, relay info or set up a date/place to meet. 4-5 texts and move. Any convos at length should be on FT or over the phone (if you can't do in person) but meeting in person should always be the goal. A lot of communication is non-verbal.
