I'm at a point where I gave up breh. My frequency to low to be in the game rn due to some personal shyt. I'm doing decent financially and I aint out out shape, but I made some mistakes that I gotta pay the price for. Women can sense when a man aint on one and I aint. It is what it is

plus I’m no kid anymore. U don’t realize just how much time u spend entertaining women. U really can’t budget ur time and say I will only talk to women during these hours. Nah. They want to feel they won and you being good with a breakup is an L to them...they want dudes to chase and beg them to come back.
The more bothered you are by the breakup the easier it is for them to move on.
I really think this age we live in allows for people (men and woman) to get by without conversational skills. Probably because we do so much more non-interpersonal communication. Texting, social media, forums etc...
I find myself lacking at times too, but being conscious of that and making an effort to do more does wonders.
I find that some people aren't conscious of that and they feel they don't need to improve. Which is why i asked that question earlier.
