I have a question

what do you do when a girl your man dated over a year ago is showing interest in you?

your man is out of town you quite frankly dont talk to him alot, but you guys are close in terms of the longevity of the friendship...

if you two have grown apart in terms of how much yall kick it, and communicate, and hes in a different state most of the time....is it ok to get with his ex, when

1. You and her are WAY more compatible not just over her and him, but over other women too....she is a real down chick to you, and only showed interest after they broke up.

2. She broke up with him because she didnt feel he paid enough attention to her, and she took time off to get herself together....shes real good girl type think Jurnee Smolett in temptations type.

3. He was messing with other chicks while they were together, and you knew it, and deep down inside were like (SMH)....but because he was your boy you dapped him up.

4. If she is in your vicinity like every day due to location?


do you still go for it? or is that not allowed in the man law?

I don't need those kind of complications in my life, so no.

The mere fact you have to mull it over in such a way is a sign in itself that maybe this is a train you shouldn't ride.

Best to leave it alone because cats more than likely have feelings for their ex's still. He may give you the go-ahead, but more than likely he will have some kind of feelings and thoughts behind it that he isn't telling you about. Women very often find a way to come into a situation and ruin a great friendship pulling stuff like this. If she has so little concern about her ex, aka your friend, to go holler at one of his buds, how do you think she's going to do you down the line?

I always see like 4 day trips to vegas for like 500

Or you can even get a cheap flight to Miami and a 3 day cruise to Bahamas for like 350 total

Yeah, there's always good deals if you shop around. It's cheaper to just book the flight and then arrange accommodation when you get to the destination. That's what I did when I went to Los Angeles back in '01 and I saved a fortune.
