Tinder ting, we really hit it off matched and we had a date Friday and it went well so we went out again Sunday, then to Trader Joes then her crib, we made out on and off for like an hour and I got some feels in, she climbed on top of me and was grinding on me, but she wasn't "ready yet".

yep 3rd date should be where you take the lead to take things to their natural conclusion.
Find something you can both cook together at your place or hers. One I find works great is getting 1 duck breast as it can serve 2 people and is not bad price wise, usually $13 a breast, serve with some fried veggies and rice or sweet potato
She gets the alcohol and dessert, you do the food. Even better way to get her involved is, if you know what you're cooking. Get her to find a wine that pairs with the dish.
Then just set the right non pressure mood and take charge.
