You're hurting her feelings more by not being real with her. You're thinking like a female right now breh. Just tell her you've been thinking a lot and that you're not happy in the relationship and it's only fair that you are honest with her. If she asks why, tell her because you don't see yourself having or raising kids and because you're not feeling the same passion or whatever. She might hurt but it will be more hurt the more you try to soften the blow. Women know when you are bsing them because they do it ALL THE TIME to other women and to men they are breaking up with. So you might as well be real. She might be upset but she will respect and appreciate it later on.

Also stop acting like you are trying to spare her feelings. You are trying to avoid awkwardness and discomfort which is about your feelings, not hers. You are trying to trick yourself to believe it's about protecting her feelings (again, like a woman typically would).

Nothing wrong with making 20$ an hour. And it is leveling up say if he was making 15$ before. But leaving your girl because you got a raise is the corny part of it.
