True but in general American women tend to be a lot more forward and up front with it, I've experienced that online and in person when my accent had very little to do with it.
I heard about the stushness of Toronto chicks too. I don't have experience with them but from what I'm told I'm not missing out on much either lol. It's always plain janes and ugly chicks who tend to be the most stuck up.
