I’ve learned the hard way that fighting for a girl doesn’t work. If I have to fight that implies she’s running away which means my value to her is low in her eyes.
When emotions aren’t involved it’s easy to say “forget that chick find a new one” but emotionally invest several years into a girl and dead it overnight…well

If you're in the first 3-6 months of dating a woman and you're getting gassed off of compliments from her 
You can accept and appreciate compliments but let's be real, anybody can say anything (both men and women). You gotta see what the actions are and it usually takes a few months to cycle through all the emotions and situation types

The current institution of Marriage im the USA and family law in general needs to be overhauled before id recommend any sane man to enter into it.
Anything outside of an institution based on legacy is simply casual encounters and should be treated as such.

Um no, the issue is men like yourself do not life on your own terms. I've said before if you are not married then take things with women day by day aka spend time with them on your terms, not because you feel you owe it to her.
