But sometimes these broads is bout it. Now you gotta deal with the optics and ramifications..

Nice break down .Here is the crazy part I could change my time if I really want to. I love time I go tho. I dont be in gym like that 2 hours. I do have a positive rep at gym her co workers speak . I have approached women in every public setting but gyms are the hardest,I usually would get # outside of the gym in parking lot. I been going there for 5 or so tears so i know employees come and go. I take it as her being nice because she is new,I never seen her speak to any other dudes there etc. NH im decent looking cat so not like im tripping yet im looking for signs.

A gym is a service industry, like high end hotels, hospitality, hostesses, bottle service, any kind of service, you have to factor in that it's just her doing her job. These places encourage employees to be friendly, even flirtatious, because at some level they are selling the experience. And that's a scale, not every business cares as much. A high end gym is absolutely selling that experience.

You need to have a t least a personalized interaction before you ask her out. Shouldn't be hard, you are at a gym. Hiking, walks, find some common ground, and ask her out.

man, if you treat people with consideration, and set some expectations, you will be fine. But, yeah, you can't burn people emotionally that are close in your social world.

I worked in customer service for years. Sometimes women are nice,most of times not. Like I said in another post if it got awkward i could change my time but i dont want to right now unless this job comes thru im going for it .Its more a risk then you think. Funniest thing is I have never spoke or approached a woman in the gym. Parking lot different story. The gym is owned by a black woman so if this went left boom she got her on her side. With a male manager you can smooth it over.You 100% right with personal interaction. One thing I do notice she is behind the desk with staff majority of time im there.Im gonna feel her out ask more .

Inside gym is too risky you have cameras,witnesses. If a fine ass woman parks next to you she fair game etc. Gyms dont care if you holla but if it involves on the clock thats when its sticky. Where alot of men are fukking up is taking what a woman says as face value. Usually when chicks say they want somebody like Russell Wilson it's fukking cap because there's 20 of them in their DM now..
