Look for the "Case Search" for your respective state. For where I live I just need their first and last name, but they allow the use of wildcard characters if you don't know the full name. I can also use a middle name or birthday to narrow it down.

Or just search their name followed by your state. If their name is unique enough then you'll get more info on the person you're looking for. I found some news articles on this chick with mugshots
