The other side of this is group workouts. This has been a major cheat code for me the past 2 summers. Yoga, run clubs or HITT workouts if your in a major cityand you get to skip over all the chunky shawtys
Much easier to introduce yourself and connect than the traditional gym setting where people are much more isolated. If you got a decent mouthpiece its fish in a barrel
I've been doing these evening runs with about 30 people throughout summer on Monday evenings.

The best part is it's very relaxed and you're all doing something you enjoy already. Much more social that the gym as I like to fully concentrate when I'm working out.
