Yea I remember when it came up and they were arrested in Miami but hadnt kept up because the case they were convicted on was in NYC. They have a couple more cases.. I dont know much about them but its always some funny business in RE world, so they did majority of business in NYC, they finnessed some big sales down here because their pops is/was developer on project, so they would get their name attached but hadnt really done much until they opened their own company I assume. Their pops was the head honcho in starting kent security back in day and then pivoted to high end development. They had to sell miami beach house they bought for 10 mil for 50 mil for the case.
Found it weird they went to public school down here and not private, they attended Dr. Krop which is one of the most interesting demos in the county when it comes to public schools. It border dade and broward county line, its in a middle class black neighborhood but borders jewish enclave and right outside of Aventura and pricier homes. Make for very interesting mix and Idk what they were teaching as electives in that school but I guess motivated by what they see in halls and parking lots I dont know a school in dade county that produced more gettin money scammers than Krop. If there is ever a documentary created about the second era of scamming, it start and ends there, my gawww..
Sorry for sidenote but just elaborating that to say they had stories about them dating back to high school. Living in huge mansion where they would take girls I wont say from hood but again working middle class to 10,000 sq ft home where parents on other side and they was doing there thing.. I would assume the entitlement and what they felt they could get away with is probably wat started them on dumb predatory track..

That flying girls out culture is huge and like ordering an uber when you got it like that.. Alot of that stuff I used to look at like smh. Thank gawd I stay away from drugs and only social drink but never when I used to work on scene. Never got into the frat boy, trolling ***** type humor culture or group text exploit for no reason. Probably biggest thing you can take from back then was the stadium thing, I forgot how it goes exactly but always remember that anything you say may be flashed on stadium for public interpretation. Even sharing a link for that blog "vent on bytches" was used against them in court. They didnt type the blog or comment, just shared link thru email in 2009 which is equivalent of sharing a tiktok now. These boys cooked tho, dealing with underage and all that.
Man Basement used to be a MOVIE. One of them places thats soo small but cool you could run into anybody. Dope place even tho they were "competitor".
