At this point it isn't even men they actually meet. It's social media relationship slop that is. They're basically telling them they need all these requirements for a good man and all these buzzwords. So they just go and paste that shyt im their profile. Having conversations and attempting to form connections via messages is the lowest effort and worst form of communication. We all know this and it's basically been accepted at this point because these apps are about breadth of people to talk to not depth

Yeah but you get that physical 1st impression. It's easy to just blow off some strangers profile on a dating app. The person is not "real" to you until you make them real and meet up.
in theory. but double of nothing is still nothing. The headline can read., "double or even tripple your success by talking to women in person" but if the chance of finding a solid chick online is 2% and in person its 6%, is the juice worth the squeeze? cause lets face it...thats what the odds tend to be. You might like 100 profiles but only 1 outta that 20 will pan out. I might approach 50 chicks in a year when I was single, and MAYBE 3 of them wouldve became actual women worth serious consideration, and not just girls i wanna freak out cause they look good.
as you know im big on chopping women up in public. but i think the problem is so deep rooted that there is no realistic or one size fits all solution at this point. I personally believe that when applying old methods its all a matter of volume and luck unfortunately and that can be very time consuming and costly depending on how you do it. so do we beat a dead horse insanely? I dont think so. to get a different result, we gonna need novel unorthodox tactics.

I think the reason a lot of breh have issues with this thread or leave it completely is cause in the past sometimes it could become akin to bullying, and let’s keep it a bean…if you getting bullied on here like it’s Reddit, then why would you wanna continue to partake? All of that is a lot breh. Just have fun and enjoy life that's all we can do. It is what it is. I think a lot of problems just come because we want to control to much and have these societal pressures and expectations on ourselves. We gotta just live breh lol.
Realize nothing and nobody is perfect. To me this thread is just a stop gap to sometimes vent and sometimes laugh about dating and the craziness. Everybody is dealing with it. But from reading what you said if you're serious about finding someone to be with long term monogamously and your odds are 3 out of 50 that's still pretty good considering you ONLY need to get it right once. I really don't think we need to make finding a mate into the calculus it is made into in this thread at times. That is actually partially the reason things are the way they are now imo
