Every year the NFL has a huge story in the off season and or during the season. shyts crazy.

I'm pretty sure the NFL appreciates the publicity it receives from these off-season stories. It builds up anticipation for the subsequent season.

Name calling?

You're a supposed
black man that went to a racist site to dikkride a Tom Brady. And I'm namecalling

Can you even defend that shyt? "Unbiased?"

Breitbart?

You disgust me as a
black man. Who could dikk ride someone to the point they would run to a racist site to defend a player?
say to myself

So apparently the Pats legal council started a website going after the Wells report. Have not read through it tho..

http://wellsreportcontext.com

So ya, looks like the Pats are going to go to war against the NFL.

Good. And they're very likely to win it. This is how you know Brady has a strong case.

I think I will take Lester Munson's legal expertise over yours, with all due respect breh. If Brady goes to court to sue league he has to turn over his communication devices. Just sayin. :yeshrug:

exactly
brady needs to be smart & take the suspension and keep it moving

if he that arrogant to take this to court -he could possibly wind up inna cell with his former tight end
:troll:

Yeah, I'm not an expert on legalese and shyt, but even I saw that that report was all loosey goosey. The Jew lawyers Brady hired are gonna eat that up.

This is gonna be some kind of fukkery if Brady does win the appeal and get off.

1. There should've been an independent investigator mutually selected by the league and the union. Perhaps the NFLPA will bargain over this term next collective bargaining go-around.

2. The union most likely didn't raise hell because a league - selected investigator was probably collectively agreed upon via the CBA. But like I said above, the union should bargain over this term next time.

3. Check this link: http://www.breitbart.com/sports/201...hy-an-appeal-overturns-tom-bradys-suspension/

If you can get over the fact it's from Breitbart, you'd see that this article raises substantial issues with Wells' report. The comment section is also intellectually stimulating.

1. There should've been but no one raised objections with the choice of independent investigator within the matter of deflategate

2. Exactly, so if that's a suggested solution to have a union and the NFL agree on a private investigator within matters of NFL policy then that may/may not be discussed. But this is all after the fact.

3. Click bait. Most of the points made are semantics and Breibart is not exactly thee MOST reliable site in terms of news. Goodell suffered a PR nightmare last season I find it "more probable than not" he crossed all t's an dotted all i's to make sure he didn't do as bad with the Ray Rice situation.

OK, the point is that Goodell and the league have a tough task explaining why they suspended Brady 4 games for an offense that is punishable under the CBA for a $25,000 fine. Goodell/the league will also have a tough time showing how the Wells report findings constitute that Brady engaged in wrongful conduct, even under the preponderance of the evidence standard.
