nikkas actually got the NERVE to say Nas was never a superstar?

The MC who once sold 450k in a week over Brittany Spears at her PEAK, dropped two platinum albums in ONE year, went head to head with another rap Titan and came out on top, and headlines tours and festivals in celebration of a 20 year old album....THAT ain't a superstar :stopitslime:

Do you consider Jim Jones or Juelz superstars too:patrice:?If Cam was a superstar to you then why not them? Juelz had hits and was dropping tracks that was supposed to lead up to a collabo album with the biggest rapper on the planet at the time....and Jim Jones "Ballin" was probably the biggest song in rap since In Da Club dropped and he influenced nikkas wardrobes just like Cam did:scusthov:...and people considered it to be "dressing like Jim Jones meaning people knew who that nikka was:manny:..whats the criteria you using that makes u consider Cam a superstar:patrice:

Doesn't matter what Juelz "was" supposed to do or was "leading up too" he never capitalized off his short window of buzz and was NEVER in contention for a superstar status. Jim Jones is a one hit wonder with a Gold album, hardly superstar criteria. Cam dropped a platinum album, was the face of the dip set movement, and major force behind both Jim and Juelz. He put them on. In the same way Jay put both Beanie Sigel and Memphis Bleek on, but neither of them were EVER considered superstars. Cam had a short window between 02-03 where, if he wasn't a superstar he was damn close. Which is one of the reasons why he and Jay clashed, because two alpha males can NEVER exist on the same team.

Again, I'm not a Cam fan, I always thought he was overrated, but I think Eminem is hella overrated and I'd be crazy if I said he wasn't a superstar. Cam WAS in that mix for a little bit, he didn't keep it up though.

What if I told you I can't stand WU-Tang group albums and the only members I like were Ghostface, Rakwon, Method man and that I didn't hear any one playing WU Tang until I was grown and it was a white dude playing it?
I

That wu tang forever sold like 5 million

@biscuitsnbangers
@Art Barr (i was the first 1 to recognize homeys self-ether)

not even. he said Ohio.

there was a point in time when it was called Wu-Hi-O

mind you nggaz talkin about dipset but the only reason cam "gets it in ohio" is cuz the WU was there first and structured the blueprint physically and musically

its crazy homey said he from ohio and he my age. that is just crazy and i know homey has little to no underworld ties or even knowledge of some real O.G.s

if you this old and got 100 video game systems and more than half your posts are about that then i aint shocked when your in a state that WU tookover and you talkin bout nobody rocked wit them like that.

homey was playin mario kart etc and dreamcastin and obviously wasnt listenin to hip-hop like that

when dipset blew up it was already after 911 and i was of legal age. if homey rocked dipset and he my age that means during his teen years he wasnt on it like that

I'm a real street nikka thru and thru and ain't nobody fukk with no wutang it was never called no wu-higo or none of that shyt...them dust heads came thru and had a little work and that was about it shyt ain't last long. Get off these ocp headed nikkas dikks...ain't nobody fukk with them like that.

Also set to join previously announced headliners Wu-Tang Clan and Odd Future is Dipset (Cam'ron + Jim Jones + Juelz Santana + Freekey Zekey), who will be performing together at Paid Dues for their first ever West Coast performance. Look for additional performers to be announced soon.

Be bigger stars. But open for wutang in 2012 brehs

Be bigger on the west coast but do your first ever performance over there in 2012 brehs

I don't even know who the fukk off future is this is clearly a hip hip show pandering to try and get a large variety of people their.

So why wouldn't they get the largest number of people by letting superstars headline?

Why would superstars open up for nikkas that can't even get play in ohio?

Look we can go on forever. I'm not even calling you a liar. I fully believe that YOU didn't hear wu tang in Ohio. I fully believe YOU don't know who odd future is

None of that matter when there's a couple BILLION people in the world. I don't even like odd future. But if you google and YouTube them. You'll see them opening overseas for eminem at packed STADIUMS. Where the crowd is going crazy for them.

Again. You basing your entire theories off what you seen in one state, in one country. We are basing ours off 25 year careers full of awards, props, tours, sales, impact, and general FACTS

Macklemore isn't getting play in Ohio either but he'd headline a show. Just because you headline doesn't mean much it depends on the audience...Based on something named Odd World being on the Bill it seems as if they are reaching for a mixed crow.

Old people for Wu-tang/ Whoever Odd Worlds fanbase is/ and cats who listen to dipset.

really :sas1:

reeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally :sas2:

macklemore in ohio... big crowd.. people chanting the lyrics.. this is last year.. 2013 and 2014 is halfway over and you never heard him in ohio

odd future in ohio.. again.. you CLEARLY hear the crowd going along with the words... one is last year.. one is two years ago.. seems they are out there for 2 straight years but YOU never heard of them in ohio

this is the shyt i'm talking about fam... STOP COMPARING YOUR PERSONAL VISION TO THE VISION OF THE WORLD.

you can't even get your own state right but we supposed to believe you got a good grasp of what's going on worldwide

you associate with YOUR associates and hear what they hear... somehow you've multiplied that into the 11.4 million people of ohio... and gonna try and convince us that you know what they all are listening to

you should have stuck with hood star.. ghetto star.. rap star... i don't know anyone who listened....

but no.. you had you go to... NOBODY IN OHIO was bumping this person and that person when clearly... you're wrong

now tell us more excuses of how these people don't count :sas2:

No bias. I'm a fan of dip set. Got every album of every nikka on there. From cam to jr to 40 cal to SAS

But y'all are downgrading SUPERstar. Adele is a superstar. Jay is a superstar. Kanye is a superstar. Mariah is a superstar

You say ye is crossover. Well that's what a superstar does.

:why:

have you read any of my posts in here? i said like 10 times that camron is NOT superstar.

i was just pointing out all the chit that you were throwing at the wall & all the misinformation in your posts.

oh and for the record.... KillArmy is FROM OHIO... but i guess nobody listened to them in their own hometown.. i guess they never heard of wu and wasn't bumping that shyt when they signed a deal and dropped 2-3 albums with the wu... come on son

theres artists that were MUCH BIGGER than killa army that didnt get play in their hometown.

lol.

theyre saying that its their 1st ever performance TOGETHER on the west coast.

who said dipset were "bigger stars" than wutang? just asking cuz it looks like youre combining 2 different arguments, like you just tried to do with me concerning kanye in the previous post.
