Don't forget to also watch what you eat and manage your stress. I'm going to be honest I don't personally know any black people that don't have health problems after 40.

Health problems don't ever just stay right there if you do nothing to change your ways. I know alot of older black men that have an issue with blood pressure. If you don't handle that it only gets worse from there. I know my Dad only had blood pressure issues and now he has heart problems and has to go to dialysis three times a week because of kidney failure. I think his first heart attack was at 45.

We tend to live more stressful lives which causes high blood pressure. Finding a way to handle our stress will go a long way.

I’m not even buff more lean , & have had females randomly feelin on my chest & arms during a conversation. Flabby fat pot belly mf’s with t*ts don’t know nothing about that

I do need better conditioning ,haven’t hooped since the pandemic

Having a gut, no muscle definition and poor posture is guaranteed invisible status.

my proper inhale and exhale technique is off, I have a habit of doing it incorrectly or just slightly breathing through my nose when working out.

I never exhale through my mouth :francis:
