So I weighed myself and I'm 145lbs 
I'm hoping it's mainly muscle that contributed to my 10lb weight gain because I still fit my clothes and I've been working out like crazy for the last couple of months. My problem is I've been eating too and not really monitoring it. I do notice that my legs and bum have gotten bigger but I still have a little fat around my stomach to lose. I want to get back under 140 so that's my new goal for the new year. Lose this little gut I have and drop my weight to where I feel comfortable. Hopefully I can post pics by February when I've reached my goal.

But for the past two days I've been back on the EC stack for 3 days and not a cookie has been eaten. I take a dose at about 7 and I'm gtg.

awesome what are ur short and long term goals.....smaller waist and bigger booty???
was beginning to wonder if u were ever gonna respond to my question lol. Good goals I'm sure you can reach them in no time, just remember intensity, frequency and variety along with a good diet.
