TI couldnt sell nowhere near what nelly did in his careerThe statement itself isn't wrong. Saying Nelly was bullshyt that slipped thru is wrong when his first album is a classic and he did what he did with no known producers or features, its corny as hell when Nelly ain't bothering nobody and TI is in his feelings.
but but but he tripped on flip for spoilin a hoe...yall are you retarded
Nelly had hits and sold a lot of records but nobody respect his lyric ability, and he not mentioned with real rappers
he saying 50 is that same type of nikka, his bars is light work and he sing corny as hooks lmao
So when Nelly was a thing, how many people were out here saying he was one of their favorite rappers?
Who would even say NOW that he was one of their favorites back then?
what Nelly deep cuts do people talk about to this day?
this doesn’t have anything to do with 50 being from NY
LolI dont like that. Sounds like a diss to me.
If T.I. is saying 50 aint a lyricist then he needs to look in the mirror cause all he do is trap music.
but but but he tripped on flip for spoilin a hoe...
n turnt around tricked on a bytch at kfc...

ti bars are light too...
nelly had his lane..n he stayed true to st louis style...domino chingy pretty willie
country grammar may have seem corny...n catchy but listen n look at the lyrics...he tellin nikkas to run up u can catch the square or we can buss it out
nelly with the shyt..nikkas forget he checked 50 about ashanti n the nikka apologize...
m either running for my life or I'm just waiting to die
I'm the supplier of the fire if you're chasing a high
It's never, when or why, it's the way that he die
Did he stand like a man till the day that he die
Or was he reaching for guns or trying to run
Or was he outside on the lawn in front of his son
And if ya, running your mouth you can die in the slum
Cause in the, south where I'm from they dying for crumbs
You can die for your Patna's or die for ya moms
Or you could die 'cause your nikka just heard the alarm, just stealing
Or die in a plane they say it's a bomb
When they run it into a tower, they just say it's Saddam
Screaming Allah the moment that it's hitting the building
With total disregard for all men women and children
See nikkas get killed when, people mix they money with feelings
I'm filling my money up in the wall some in the ceiling
I'm just one of the millions of nikkas who buckin'
It's a war going on and they killing for nothing
We were in denial all awhile they where flicking the buttons
I'd rather be dying for something instead of living for nothing
End of discussion
You know see Weezy for the wordplay,
Jeezy for the bird-play,
Kanyeezy for diversity and me for controversy,
All my verses picture perfect all is meant to serve a purpose,
You ain't living what you kicking then you worthless,
Looking from the surface it may seem that I got reason to be nervous
Then observe my work and see that my adversity was worth it,
Verses autobiographical, absolutely cla**ical,
Last thing I'm worried 'bout is what another rapper do,
Ain't nobody hot as me
Even if they rap they a** off
Blast off and have outstanding quality,
Sell a lot of records I respect and salute that,
But spitting real life on hot beats I'm the truth at
You kick it like me no exaggeration necessary,
Living revolutionary, nothing less than legendary,
Gangsta s*** hereditary, got it from my dad
Flow colder than February with extraordinary swag
I refuse to lose, I rather give these weak dudes the blues
And separate them from they jewels, teach 'em don'ts and do's
I raise tools, make crews make decisions confused
All spectators can say is, "This lil' nikka's a fool"
A short fuse with some loose screws, some unscrewed
Better prove, you nikkaz p*ssy as the Moulan Rouge
So who guardin' who, you know who to you know what
To you know where, goin' 'gainst 'em's too unfair
'Cause everywhere you do a show he got kinfolk there
Now you know I ain't no ?, I got ten folk there
They ain't powerful as the one at the end of your prayer
Got you runnin' for your life without a minute to spare
Catch you dead to the granite, melt the grease in your hair
When I go, them boys is gonna be indecent affair
Guarantee you nah a real nikka breathin' accounted
At your funeral, just your parents and the preacher was there
Hollow, television name-dropper reachin' for help
So I ain't gotta say a word, pimp you beatin' ya'self
You gon' get what you deserve for disrespectin' the game
Any nikka with the nerve to say another man name
When that other man ain't even present
And deny it when somebody ask him about it
That nikka's a lame, you like to lie on the mic
Hide behind fame, I was a G when I came
That's the way I remain
Pull up in a blue coupe that's damn near clear
And Polo gear that won't drop 'til next year
Be like this here, Cartier frames and Piaget wristwear
T.I.P. your majesty's right c'here
Notice when I came the dames disappeared, ya lames listen here
To play me, ba-by, hey he
Gone need a track from God featuring Jesus or Jay-Z
Go on floss, ball but where it cost
Smile for the cameras, take your shirts off
Y'all nikkas actin, take ya skirts off
Hoppin bomb-ass nikka and he ain't wanna work boss
I'm gettin' sick and tired of these phony renditions
Wonder why I don't consider them no competition
There's no vision - lil' ambition
How I feel about these nikkas, am I worried?
Are ya kiddin'?
Master P held his own on songs with all of them are you saying he's a lyricist? I have all T.I. albums and i never heard a line that made me say rewind that..False. T.I. does far more than trap music. He is one of the more versatile rappers out there. T.I. is definitely a lyricist. He more than held his own on songs with Nas, Jada, Cube, Jay Z, and Lupe.
facts. Esp nowadays. The South way more biased than us and be forming like voltron![]()

Let's say east coast
But that's irrelevant, I don't know a single person who knows even the names of more than half the songs on any Nelly album. I was probably the biggest Nelly fans in my circle in 2000, but I can't say that I remember even 1/4th of the tracks on Nellyville and half of the tracks on country grammar.
Even if mac wrote the verse it was better than Nas verse.Only one of those songs has P holding his own and that's the Silkk song. "Where Do We Go From Here", P's verse was allegedly penned by MAC. Cube was not lyrically sparring with P on their song.
Only the West and the South really care about that regional shyt if you really think about. Who from NY is on that "The East Coast runnin this shyt! I do this shyt for the East Coast!"
we never been on that corny shyt. Look at what you said just now, lol, it's like all the regional pride shyt is rooted in jealously and envy towards NY.
We aren't "step-children". Hip Hop may not have started in The South, but it definitely gets its roots from The South.
T.I. And Nelly are damn near best friends. This is not a diss to Nelly. He’s just saying that Nelly and 50 Cent are just as accomplished but 50 is propped up a helluva lot more just because he’s from New York. Nelly isn’t propped up at all and dissed by a lot of people for being a corny mainstream hit making rapper which is basically exactly what 50 was during his prime but people never say this about 50. He’s just pointing out the hypocrisy.
