so 1 half of basketball would predict the rest of the series?
Anything can happen but it's a much more solid bet than predicting the opposite based on nothing, particularly when you take into account how it happened. You say it was 1 half, but its not like the Warriors rallied or made adjustments at halftime and came out guns blazing in the 2nd half, as if the comeback was inevitable. They were still being blown out with no change in tone or momentum through the first 4 minutes of the 3rd. That all changed as soon as Kawhi got hurt and they immediately went on an 18-0 run lol.

sure, but then that is still one game. I'm sure Kawhi leaving gave them some life. I dont doubt that they would have lost that game if Kawhi stayed in. But i'm highly doubtful that the series would have gone in the same fashion as game 1. The Warriors team has responded well when getting that kick in the ass.

For what I'm not a GSW or CLE fan :childplease:

This Cleveland team is fools gold. The Warriors specifically want LeBron, this will be a massacre as long as no funny business happens like last year.

Warriors in 4

Controlling pace isnt only about TOs or lack thereof but it's also about getting back on defense, even after a missed shot. How can a team ranked in the bottom 25 in defense this season possibly control the pace? And your stats are from a GS team without KD.

I'm trying really hard to find a reason to give the Cavs more than a game other than LeBron being that reason. And I just can't. Team much top heavy talent with the Dubs.

And like I said earlier in this thread, they just seem pissed off. Even Steph seems pissed. I've never seen him pissed.
Cavs were in the bottom 20 during regular season but not bottom 25. Everyone knows about their struggles, they werent good.

Playoffs have been another story. They have the 3rd best DRtg this postseason and their offense has nearly completely made up the difference w Golden State in overall off/def net rtg

They never get kicked in the ass. Maybe that one yearly fluke loss against the Lakers but even then the Lakers were injured on that back to back
