Its because its JC. Not that it wouldn't be dope. But I do think the timing of it is a bit soon. It feels like JC and Lux almost have other matches that should go down before that happens at least to me. I don;t know all of the history JC has with other battle rappers but it seems like Lux got some unfinished biz in NY or NJ. *shrugs*

We'll, if it's anything like Mickey was saying during his "beef" with Danny Myers, there would be no footage. If you really want to battle me, come see me. Once you bring in cameras, then it becomes about business.

You know how Hollow always says the same thing? If you want to really battle him come up to him with no cameras.

Mickey said Mook or Millz, so I'm thinking this somehow ties in to the "we made Smack, he's just a nygga who pulled up with a camera" narrative they have been pushing.
There is a plan for the footage.... we just don't know what it is. The only thing I can guess is that Smack ISN'T going to get it.

People keep saying Lux won't battle a "pen nikka", no. It's just that Lux only battles elite battlers, name wise and elite battlers aren't know for their pen. Lux is the only top tier battler thats a pen guy.

JC issuing the challenge to Lux is the best PR move he's ever done.
Of course it's too early now. But if JC is still killing going into 2018, even those of us who are clowning are going to want to see it. And thiin the meantime, this will have people going back and really looking at JC's last year of work.

I say we need 9 more great rounds from JC, and the match will be big enough for a big league to book it.

JC hasn't performed well vs big names on big stages. We need to see him rock NOME or Summer Madness in order for the masses to really get behind this match.

He just headlined a card in NYC and less than 75 people were there. Relax.
