There is a sm2 esque card happening next year.. Jjdd qp and Mickey all spoke about it

Mook is battling next year

Con said his next victim is roc.


However everything I heard about this event says it's in feb.. Not jan.. And I heard nothing about vh1

Lux might as well take Verb, especially if it's a huge look like VH1.
There's really no one else. At some point, I felt like Lux had to consider Daylyt as a serious option. Kill me now....

Verb has been gunning for Lux for years, there's a story there, you can sell it. It will be at least as good as Lux/Clips, and that seemed to be a huge success.

Verb really has to show up between now and then though. Two great performances to close the year out, and everyone will be back on the Verb wave.

I thought it was fishy how he just pulled out of the Qleen battle at the last minute. He's been really quiet too, he never even bothered to address why he didn't show up. He's also stopped begging for Lux for a home game....

It was also confirmed on the radio by Danny Myers (I think) that someone big came into battle rap, and partnered up with "the right people" to put a huge event together. So the VH1 thing makes sense to me.

at some point lux has to take a guy like verb even if it doesnt equal the biggest pay day or that person is so called on a decline. he had to take clips too, who a lot of people were down on. its only so many home run pay days out there for lux. and in a sec its not even going to be about who builds they brand up, he may have to create his own next opponent just so he can get paid. him and hollow and him and mook 2 has already been done. and we at a point in battle rap where its possible no battle rapper will be built up by fans to be these super giants.

thing with verb, verb is going to sell the hell out of that battle. lux is going to sell it and its going to be the most anticipated battle on any card it drops on simply because of who will be promoting it. in contrast if lux takes chilla, lux will be the only guy bringing any hype to the match. chilla will just do a angryfan interview and give lux all this praise. it will kill the build up of the battle.

lux will eventually have to take guys like rex, math, serious jones, etc who will all get in interviews clown lux, say he not that great and build the battle up, because that will equal more 40k days for lux, which i know he understands that.

low key that card you threw together would be the most excited I'd ever get for a card... I wouldn't expect it to do URL numbers or anything though. It's like how nikkas love underground hiphop and don't want it to change too much (but still complain about the skill gap).

Totally different situation. We aren't talking KOTD Back to Basics 3. We are talking what may be Smack URL's biggest look ever.

Besides, KOTD is completely beholden to Dizaster and Daylyt. They seem to be the two guys who sell the most tickets over on the West Coast. If Diz calls out Bobby Bamboo and seems motivated to battle him, KOTD is obligated to make it happen. If Daylyt wants to battle all of his closest friends in battle rap (and do some goofball shyt), they have to make it happen. But even then, if they have a big sponsor, and they are playing with someone else's money, KOTD will want Diz to get the biggest match-up possible.
