I feel fukking amazing, my abs are like halfway exposed. I just gotta shed a couple more pounds and ima look SHREDDED

I didnt weigh myself on this scale when i was 285lb in janaury so my last recorded stats was in sep 2020 n i was at 268
But shedding that much weight is always great, have you noticed how Cardio is "easier" when you weigh less, recovery is faster, skin is probably glowing.
If you really wanna shed that extra bit of weight, I'd jump on a intermittent fast, eat 2 meals a day, between 12pm and 5pm, and don't eat after 6pm and train/cardio in the morning on empty stomach.
