Ok brehs, i havent been in here in a hot minute and just wanted to update you guys. 10 months in, im 206lbs!! i stopped doing full on keto and just switched to low carb at around 230lbs but i stuck to everything else like Fasting, no alcohol, training 6 days a week

I feel fukking amazing, my abs are like halfway exposed. I just gotta shed a couple more pounds and ima look SHREDDED

I didnt weigh myself on this scale when i was 285lb in janaury so my last recorded stats was in sep 2020 n i was at 268
Before after pics would help.

But shedding that much weight is always great, have you noticed how Cardio is "easier" when you weigh less, recovery is faster, skin is probably glowing.

If you really wanna shed that extra bit of weight, I'd jump on a intermittent fast, eat 2 meals a day, between 12pm and 5pm, and don't eat after 6pm and train/cardio in the morning on empty stomach.

Been feasting on keto pizzas with Carb Balance Tortillas, Rao's sauce, meat toppings and pizza blend cheese. shyt been a goto. If you like almonds, the blue diamond extreme ones are good if you like spice

What is a good tasty keto pizza??

Not sure about store bought, but if you use the *mission/walmart or la banderita low carb tortillas, baked in the oven until crispy...it will taste like normal thin crust pizza

I used to bake directly on the rack at 400 for about 6mins

I have been macro counting for a bit now, but world carnivore month usually gets me in the mood to do Keto in Jan. to curb any bs cravings from the holidays.

I started on Monday...hopefully I make it to next week. I tried to keto again recently which I usually love but went back to tracking macros.

I already dropped like 8lbs of water from the weekend before. Been limiting food choices more than usual. Meat, eggs, cheese. No Whey/fiber wraps/PB like I usually have, at least for now.

Walking 10k steps a day+ and gym M-W-F (Push,Pull,Legs) for now. Cals are reduced and trying to avoid being around people as much. Been in stores and people coughing/sneezing everywhere. I know people are just going out sick at this point.

Just discovered soya bean spaghetti, suprised it tastes nice.

Very low carb, high in protein and fibre. Very filling.

I had 225g of it for dinner, with some prawns and chicken, onions and pepper.

Your body is dehydrated. It needs carbohydrate’s/water.

Keto is okay for losing weight initially, the fallacy being its in the form of water/glycogen surrounding the fat deposits surrounding the body due to an unhealthy/high calorie/saturated fat diet.

Just lower your overall calories each day rather than freak out over carbohydrates. They’re not your enemy, too much kj in is your enemy.

14 % body fat at 206 good shyt. Can you post an example of your day to day meals? How was your electrolyte balance during keto did you have a lot of skin twitching and or keto flu?

Yeah Keto sucks. I'm about 2 weeks in heart beating harder/faster at times. And You HAVE to watch your electrolytes because them shyts will drop. nikkas drinking salt water and shyt talm bout some ketoaide:hhh:

Weighted myself this morning, down from 255 to 239. I'm going back to a standard diet though. As long as I'm consistent the weight will come off.

As far as OMAD, i like that much better, but I'd rather not starve myself. I only do OMAD if I'm going to a restaurant with the family.
