Hey guys, name your top 5 Keto meals. I'm looking for a little more variety/recipes. Here are my top 5:

1. Grilled shrimp arugula salad with avocado, tomatoes doused in fresh lemon juice
2. Grilled chicken, veggie kabobs
3. Blackened tilapia with cauliflower rice, and garlic lemon sauteed spinach
4. Oven baked salmon with butter garlic sauce, lemon and garlic kale salad on the side
5. Romaine lettuce wrapped beef tacos

Also, lately I've been experimenting with faux carbs, like keto lasagna noodles and keto pancakes. They're pretty good, so they get honorable mention.

This morning was 4.1mmol/L and after chest and arms I was this high in the 7mmol/L. Never tested my ketones after working out til now. Any yall have high ketones while working out? Im only on week 3 of keto diet and lifting fyi.
