The valley so closer to socal. This issue is new but we’ve been in the house for 5 years now. This just popped up. Also an inspection really doesn’t catch everything. For this we woulda had to have a plumber check out too.
I know it doesn't, we had a problem like this and got another inspector and a recommendation to make sure. Issa a new problem, so none of what I'm saying is valid right now. Thought you had moved in in the last year or something.

We in a super hot area so pools are definitely wanted here. It was partially why we got this place. I understand though.

Yea location matters. My aunt live in Pittsburgh. Ain't no use for it now that her grandkids are older and me my sisters cousins 30 and up.

We barely use it when we come over now

is your house older?

my house was built in 2005 and no major repairs needed yet other than the fence which i think is normal wear and tear to replace it after 15 years or so

but yeah if you aren't good with repairs and stuff like that maybe buy a newer model, or get the warranty or whatever the plan is where they do repairs

nvm, this been answered in the thread. don't read brehs (its me, i'm brehs :skip: )

Theres days i regret it.

The salting/ shoveling my long as driveway and path. Plus the street side that pertains to the city but i gotta keep clean.

Taking out the garbage and placing it nicely. Plus tippin them muthafukkas every holiday season.

Just spend 2k on replacing a water pipe that burst in the basement.

Its a money pit. But since buying last yr, our value has increase about 70-75k. And thats without it being properly appraised for all the renovations we made.

But i cant rent again i hope. The peace and silence i have plus the value in how much my kids love they backyard is massive. Almost priceless.
This is not a money pit

this a humble Bragg thread

The World, but from BK
I've been able to change things in the bathroom, but right now I'm in the middle of replacing 18 windows for 2 sunrooms I have. Fukin window company got the measurements wrong for 14 out of the 18 windows. The old windows are just storm windows so they don't add any insulation. Still wouldn't want to move back in apt. I only miss my coop apt for the great view. I do not miss having neighbors, sharing walls, or paying for parking, God forbid I forgot something once I was downstairs. My monthly maintenace was pretty high also. I was also part of the building board, which was responsible for about 1000 units....the dumb shyt that resident do amazed me at time.
