I still have to pay for health insurance through my job, I'm paying about 200$ a month.

If I didn't have to pay that but my taxes increased buy 150 a month, then I don't really see how I'm losing anything. Plus your employer wouldn't have to provide health insurance so that would save them money too. Money that could be used to pay their workers more. (But we know they wouldn't)
Im union. It wouldnt increase my salary. I dont pay a deductible either. Dental, health and vision are employer paid. I doubt they would care for the increase in taxes on their business too.

Plus i can only imagine the shyt show the government would look like running this.

I feel you breh.

If most jobs were union then we wouldn't have a need for any of this. But most jobs are at will employment that leaves the workers no room for negotiations.

I have never had to go to the hospital and I've never had health insurance before the aca. I hate the fact that I have to pay for this shyt now and I have to pay one of these greedy insurance companies at that. If it's something I have to pay for, then I'd rather it go to helping the country.

I like Obamacare/ACA...but we all know it wasn't as "cheap" as it was planned to be.
Yeah but what does that have to do with Conservative criticism of it beforehand i.e. this critique of Bernie's plans? Neocons were claiming Bamacare was gonna cripple the economy and force seniors onto death panels :heh: Its in their best interests to wildly overinflate the bad news, not reduce it by half.

I'm not against Universal Health Care, in and of itself, but the particulars are important to me...and its never been tried on a country of this scale:

1. Population size
2. Geography (which matters a lot when it comes to insuring care at a standard across varying population densities)
3. Culture frankly....America is inherently built on embracing risk, not protecting you from it.

And I want specific things that are unique to this country's own system...merely emulating the popular european nation of the moment won't work for us.

But he's always said he'd raise taxes on everyone, just higher on different incomes.

Free stuff is just a talking point.
I'm talking about people who didn't think it through and just thought they were gonna get some free shyt. The pc meme bros on Facebook who don't actually know anything

My bad, we're on the same page there.

But it's up to Bernie to get them informed on these things so he can get a higher turnout. Hillary's winning because people think Obama's way is fine and she's convinced them she's more of the same. Personally I think she's another band aid over a cancer mole and will be worse than Obama. But Bernie has to build more tension and a sense of urgency in his campaign. It's hard without out right shytting on the potus though.

I think a lot (not all) of Bernie's support and buzz is a castle built on a sand foundation. These are people who really think handing out a "sick burn" to Hil and Trump that gets 500 retweets, means ANYTHING in the real world. I drive around in the suburbs and I see homeowners always with either a Trump or Clinton sign in their yard. Those people are registered and will actually vote because they own businesses and homes and have things to lose

That's kind of generalization of his base as Bernie Bros which is just media slander in the same way they had Obama boys. I do believe some are like that but alot of younger heads attract to Bernie because he's the only candidate they feel cares about their future not just next year but 20 years from now. But he also has alot of working class voters while Hillary is cleaning up with blacks and older white woman.

I'm just giving my anecdotal tales.. Trump has more real world support than anyone I've seen out in the burbs. Online people make it seem like it's only KKK members and farmers but it's regular ol cacs everywhere

It's not that hard. Trump does it constantly, and doesn't put up with any bullshyt. It is just two people. Bernie needs to just take each question and pivot back to mistatements and finally call out the slanted game that the establishment wants to perpetuate because they're scared of his plans. His supporters do it constantly for him. We can't convince that many people. He has to hammer this, without seeming too frustrated.
Some variation of Cenk's rant in this

You have to shame her for using sexism to make herself look like some kind of victim. The shyt is appalling. And of course the misinformation.

Throw that you're attacking me like a republican nonsense out of here with facts on policy.

What? Why would i want to increase my taxes? Im already paying over 27% per check and i dont pay for healthcare as itt is 100% employer paid

:snoop: What about this concept do you folks not understand. You pay for tax cuts. You pay for employer sponsored health insurance.
