The consistency and discipline you must have to stay in shape and have a good physique is crazy,lot of dudes don’t wanna work out because they don’t have the discipline to do it.
Lots of guys will say I don’t need it or I ain’t wasting my time with that when they really just can’t do it.
It can take you yearssssss to build a crazy physique,and two months of total shyt eating to fukk it up,yea muscle memory would have you bounce back but some never bounce back once they fall off I see it all the time.
It’s a different level you have to be at in order to maintain an in shape and muscular built shyt is harder than most think,which is why you see so many people start and stop they want instant results and this shyt takes years of consistency.
Lifting consistently is a tad bit easier,but eating clean and healthy is bullshyt lol that’s a hard hard thing to get in order you definitely have to dig deep on that one
