He told he the national level union is definatly using the ups contract as a big talking point next in our next contract negotiation, which is less than a year away. He also told me the carriers union contract negotiations are before ours, and they got the same idea. So, basically the apwu is riding with nalc to get shyt done, because were gunna piggyback off it
