Kings dead is bordering on masterpiece...Jay Rock's flow/delivery is IMPECCABLE on that. future's nonsense just accentuates it all. Anybody know what they sampled right before Kendrick's "Kilmonger" verse starts? Sounded psychadelic.

And twitter's going crazy over the video....TDE really has this music sheit on lock.

Just exposed yourself, you know NOTHING about what African music sounds like. sound mad ignorant like what them craccas say..

imagine thinking that bullshyt swae lee music is african music.. dummy
Lol what does cacs have to do with anything as if African Americans travel to Africa in higher frequencies or have deeper knowledge about contemporary African culture. If there is such as a things there’s like 53 countries and within them and different tribes and shyt.

The only thing I know is that he biggest tracks are very similar to the ‘Caribbean vibe’ that French had, that Drake had, that the other dude from Canada had. And similar to some of those British African dudes like J Hus. But there’s a million different styles outs there.

First of all watch your fukking mouth

THAT WAS A Afro/World beat track that French Montana sung over.
Execs for Black Panther would've went with songs that sound like this.

Now it would've been interesting imo if you had Rihanna, Drake, and other American Hip Hop based stars COLLAB with African Artist to make underniable bangers.

Im Nigerian dont ever in your life tell me that pop bullshyt is african music, fukk you and your entire family omo ale.. how dare you

Yeah Rock was in his bag on that joint, it's dope it's his lead single hopefully he gets a lot more looks when he drops his album. It's already his biggest song on Spotify.

Just copped the physical today, if this does well hopefully we see more hip hop soundtracks in the future helmed by a single artist / label.

Man I assumed Ali mixed the whole album but he only mixed Redemption. Interesting. Also didn't realise that Reason was a new TDE artist. Will have to find some more of his music.
