eating is funny somehow?

the body's physiological need/dependency on meat arises mostly as a result of social conditioning, and to a smaller degree the amount of neanderthal dna in your codex.

long story short, you dont need meat to live healthy, and most times are actually healthier without it... again, depending on the above factors and how much they effect you.

i know you dont even understand what im saying. just planting a seed, no pun intended :blessed:

It's true, and the most important factor in all of this:

Eliminating or cutting down on sugars. Yes, that includes a lot of fruits. You could eat meat, be a veggie-head, or whatever, but if you eliminate sugars, you are good.

Try it for one week. No sugar at all. No fruits either.

You will feel so energized but the first few days are rough. It feels like you are going through withdrawal from a drug around day 3 and 4, but I also cut down on a lot of "bad carbs" as well.

Keto :blessed: . GOAT cut up cycle routine

Haven't done it in a while. Need to boot up again on that No Sugar Life.

the 3rd or 4th day though :sadcam:

Wow, this post is stupid as fukk, we use carbohydrates as energy, we NEED them.

I've been eating a lot more vegetables lately. Feeling good. When I do cook meat it's all natural free range no hormone chicken(cage free)/beef.

What a way to reveal your inadequacy.

Is palatability not a concern?

so eat meat, and throw fruit in the bushes lol... wow...

You're always castigating people for not trying things. Have you ever tried it? There is plenty of science to back up Keto diets. An apple has around 19 grams of sugar for example.

When did I say to not take in carbs you idiot? Can you quote me where I said that?

I said to stay away from simple carbs and sugars.

Carbs are your second-used form of energy. Sugars are first. Protein is third. But carbs can be simple or complex. It's best to take in the complex carbs that have no sugars, and that includes pushing aside fruit.

Gram for gram fats provide more energy than carbs. There is nothing wrong with eating food.

Not trying to. Only issue I brought up is the fructose/sugars aspect of fruits.
Word. I don't have any issue with animal consumption, just overconsumption (the environment). And you're right fruit is okay, but the way its bred today it's more like a snickers bar than some type of health food.

Sugar and carbohydrates are the same thing idiot, they're just synonyms of each-other :snoop:

They are not synonyms of each other. Sugars are a specific subset of Carbohydrates. They fall into the "simple carbs" and every class I've ever taken they are referred to as sugars to further distinguish. Your body uses up these simple carbs first as the primary source of energy, and it is usually the sugars.

Your classes misinformed you :russ: You're trying far too hard to look 'smart,' it's okay to eat sugar, no matter what kind there is.
