red meat is worse than poultry and most fish.... high blood pressure n all that.

Read meat consumption wouldn't really cause high blood pressure, but it's high in Saturated Fat so eating too much of it would put you at risk for high cholesterol. That said fish/poultry is way better for you, especially fish.

High blood pressure would be more related to having too much salt/sodium in your diet.

Not that I'm a full blown animal lover, but I can consume a decent amount of protein "daily" without ever touch meat...but I mess with diary

eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, beans, ezkiel bread, beans, pasta, cottage cheese, soy milk etc...

It's really not that hard...

For breakfast I usually do like 6-8 eggs whites, 4 cups of oatmeal, 4 slices of bread and / or 2-3 cups of yogurt....

That alone gives me like 60+ grams of protein for the day, in one meal...

I've dropped pics in the past, in the "gym' of my breakfast...I can go days without eating meat(pause), while maintaining a solid frame at 5'9 175lbs and a lil under 10% body fat

kale reduces belly fat and increase blood flow...... There are the types of things you need to think clearer and fukk better... and to look better.

If you're gonna eat meat... give yourself a weekend break at least once a month - Your body needs that break.

what are some high-protein veggies my brehs? (I'm allergic to eggs :to:)

Not a vegetable, but there's quinoa. Then there's spinach, various lentils (especially sprouted,) lima beans, peas, broccoli, and corn (you have to eat a lot of these last 3, but they're not very filling, so no big deal,) sundried tomatoes, and seaweed. I'm probably forgetting a few.

Can the body absorb that much protein in one meal? This is something I can't find consistent research on. It seems like most sources agree on limiting it to the mid 30s, but I'm open to evidence. I usually spread my protein intake out across my meals as much as possible, so there's as little load as possible per meal which is less stress on my system and better absorption.

Mushrooms have a solid amount, I think.

I've read "multiple sources" as well, that state that the body can only absorb between 20-40g of protein in one setting. The only problem I usually have, revolves around taking continuous classes from 8-1, which means I'll be going through a six hour fasting period, give or take. By now my body responds very well to a heavily "balanced" meal in the morning.

Ideally, I'd break up the meals. Which what I tend to do on the weekends....

To be honest, my accounts are purely "anecdotal". As I mentioned earlier the nutrition game, is a clusterfukk with numerous variables. I just stick w/e works best for me.

I posted this a while back in the gym:
2vi1jqt.jpg

Holds my stomach down from 7:30 to 3pm :win:

Takes less than 15 minutes to make :manny:

2 cups of Soymilk, 8oz of water water, 6 egg whites, 2 bananas, 2 waffles(cheat), 4 cups of oatmeal.
