Referencing the truth. Real vegetarians/vegans only deal with raw organic foods only that's why they're real. Not many can make it to that level.

Other vegetarians cut out the meat but s eat horrible diets or others cook too much.

You're not suppose to cook your food, the body sees it as poison
I see the reasoning but what about beans? Surely they are one of the exceptions.

If you have to cook it nope, but you don't have to cook beans.

Now, I'm a realist to and not many people can live without cooked food, so everything in moderation, same as I tell people who eat meat, do it in moderation

You gotta separate the real vegans from the fake ones. Good you don't eat meat or animal products but unless its only raw organic products you're not real vegan, you're on the fence but its not easy being a real vegan so everything in moderation

Grains actually have a lot of protein... They're already part of a balanced diet, so if you're eating bread / oatmeal, etc., that already covers a lot of your daily protein requirements.

The rest can be filled with nuts, soy, dairy for non vegans, maybe protein powder if you hit the gym. There's a lot of options. It's easy from a nutritional standpoint.

What is the end goal?

There are people in Asia and the Islands cooking food and eating chicken and fish who live to be over 100 yrs old though without all the medical issues.......So is it the food or the stress"environment"?

That's always been my question. I have spurts of leaving meat alone. Eating in moderation and choosing just veggies. I'm in the US where everything is already heavily processed and toxic. That WHITE (Sugar , salt is times 20 on EVERYTHING. I lived abroad and noticed other countries don't cook with much of either.
