What is the end goal?

There are people in Asia and the Islands cooking food and eating chicken and fish who live to be over 100 yrs old though without all the medical issues.......So is it the food or the stress"environment"?

That's always been my question. I have spurts of leaving meat alone. Eating in moderation and choosing just veggies. I'm in the US where everything is already heavily processed and toxic. That WHITE (Sugar , salt is times 20 on EVERYTHING. I lived abroad and noticed other countries don't cook with much of either.

I tell people everything in moderation is key but because you see Asians doing a certain thing doesn't mean it can apply everywhere. Cooking food does kill your food, but eating it in moderation is key. Just like we're not me at eaters but eating it in moderation is key.

Plus all the factors you have to add in like is there food full of toxic like in America, exercise, diet, eating consumption etc

Just to set the record straight...
I am vegetarian. I have been all my life since birth, my parents as well.
I do eat egg whites though

With that said the reason I am making this post is because of the stupid myth that vegetarians get less protein.
Listen man, I get loads of protein man, it requires little effort in fact.

I weigh 189lbs and am quite fit and muscular.
I got fairly above average broad shoulders with some big arms.
I got a lot of muscle on me, especially on my back as I'm trying to achieve visible lats from the front.

Anyway, just wanted to say that.
You could absolutely be vegetarian and look big and muscular

You all really really should read an Islamic book about medicine. Talk about knowing what to buy at the grocery store. www.Dar-us-salam.com All fish is good for you from what i read. All seafood is Halal (Permissable).
All Seafood is NOT halal...

What are you talking about?

Shrimp, talapia, crab, most bottom feeders, and some farmer fish arent halal

Any particular vegetarian resources you recommend as a starting point? Sites/documentaries/YouTubers etc. Especially if they include meal plans.

Vegan Health Home Page is great for any questions you may have regarding nutrition. it's run by two very objective RD's. I also like Brenda Davis' books on the subject, they are exhaustive.

If you have any questions about what to eat, I am a big fan of

Minimalist Baker | Simple Food, Simply Delicious
The Buddhist Chef
hot for food

I am a big fan of this channel because she avoids dogma

Unnatural Vegan
etc.

If you are curious about the environmental impact of this, i recommend Cowspiracy on Netflix. If you are interested in the ethical aspect of it, i recommend Earthlings (found on Youtube, it's a bit NSFW due to the footage). Food Choices is a good documentary on Netflix as well.
