Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 2x a week. This is not optional if you're going to go vegan. If you don't wanna supplement this, consume enough servings of fortified foods like plant milks or mock meats. The other one you might consider is an algae based DHA omega-3 supplement, but I had a blood test done and apparently I'm converting enough from ALA sources like walnuts, flax seed, chia seed, hemp.

The rest you can cover through food intake. I strongly recommend reading through the literature at veganhealth.org as I mentioned before.
:cheers:Thanks, I definitely will. I don't intend to go full vegan, just vegetarian. I'll still be eating fish and eggs, so I assume those B12 supplements won't be necessary?

Depends on the servings. Not sure how much B12 are in either. You actually don't need much (the human body only needs a few micrograms per day).

That would be a pescetarian diet.

This debate has been over for a while now, but this video really lays out the moral, economic, environmental, social, and health advantages of our society going vegetarian. Starts off kinda slow but he starts cooking around the 16:00 mark :cook:

I want to say to those who are vegans and specifically ethical vegans, you are compassion and care for animal welfare put you into the elite of humanity.

I'm still a pescatarian no dairy or other meat but I hope to fully transition to veganism soon.

Something is not right about killing and eating the flesh of another living creature.

I used to be vegan for years until recently I started with dairy again and eggs, I have depression and not enough money because of living benefit of anxiety/depression illness since HS.
Im also scared I runied my body abit when didnt take in enough aminoacids that are found high in eggs and stuff for muscles. I lost alot of weight not eating enough n was underweight too for some years and that made my skin sagg :( I lost muscletissue in face and stuff, when loosing weight is not good it take away and eats away tissue other than fat u know, ive gained back som now but it isent as tight as it used to be :(
I mainly started being one because I thought about suicide everyday so didnt want to have bad karma in next life if it exists.
