I need some easy starter recipes brehs.
My plan is to slowly phase meat out during the weekdays and only indulge in weekends.

Any particular vegetarian resources you recommend as a starting point? Sites/documentaries/YouTubers etc. Especially if they include meal plans.
@Broletariat as wellMy b for the late reply. I don't use any particular resources at this time so nothing comes to mind. But basically I just focus on reaching protein requirements through grains, peanut products, dairy (which I will eventually replace with soy and almond milk), and soy. After that, my nutrition requirements are covered through fruit and vegetable intake.
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 2x a week. This is not optional if you're going to go vegan. If you don't wanna supplement this, consume enough servings of fortified foods like plant milks or mock meats. The other one you might consider is an algae based DHA omega-3 supplement, but I had a blood test done and apparently I'm converting enough from ALA sources like walnuts, flax seed, chia seed, hemp.
