I watched Forks Over Knives last winter and went vegetarian immediately

Had my last 5am bout with pizza a couple months later and decided cheese was over and done with

Full vegan ever since. I can eat however much of whatever I want and not gain weight. Body fat at an all time low. Brain functioning at high levels. Blood flow on point. Haven't had a meat craving ever.

Eating clean improves you mentally and physically.

I've started doing raw foods three days out of the week and that sh*t is always like :blessed:

I think most people want to eat healthy, but unhealthy food is so much more accessible and can be found much cheaper, so people usually go the easier route.

I need to up my chef game... I have about 4-5 go-to vegetarian meals but I need more variety. I'm learning more about Indian and Ethiopian food because they have a lot of delicious vegetarian dishes :takedat:

Apparently if you reduce your intake of red/white meat to maybe a 6:4 veg to meat ratio or more, your health improves. I can't stress enough the benefits of having a cleaner system.

I fell off the wagon seriously. My red meat consumption has always been low but trying to get rid of chicken right now. Pescatarian life for me for the time being. Plus i gotta add more variety to my lunches. Can't have almond butter sandwiches 5 days a week :mjcry:

-falafel sandwich (with AMERICAN hot sauce:noah:, not that Mediterranean stuff shyt is lava hot with no flavor:damn:)

Appreciate it breh! I just haven't been making time to prep these lunch meals for the work week.
