one of my favorite sandwiches is bread/a wrap lightly covered in whatever oil, humus, some sprouts, maybe chopped kale or cabbage or whatever. cut up and add a small avocado when you're ready to eat. filling, but not too heavyI fell off the wagon seriously. My red meat consumption has always been low but trying to get rid of chicken right now. Pescatarian life for me for the time being. Plus i gotta add more variety to my lunches. Can't have almond butter sandwiches 5 days a week![]()
I'm in. This year I'm gonna make an active change in my diet. Cheese is gonna be hard though. I might relapse. Red meat is no problem. Might take a while for me to ditch poultry though.

I've gone vegan before and I don't mind.
What would chafe most people's asses are the inability to actually make meatless and plant based meals. Growing up poor I don't mind consistently eating the same meals nor the unavailability of meat or animal byproducts which also bothers people first starting on a meal plan.
Needless to say I felt better those seven weeks than at any point in my life. I plan an indefinite plant based diet change over the course of the year.
Anyone skeptical needs to give it a try. I do suggest whole food plant based stuff. Processed items without animal or their byproducts are still vegan but still not so healthy.
In the end you'll feel like Superman.
