Karl's an a$$hole and as you already mentioned, he has a couple DECADES of leading underachieving teams in the postseason.

Scott understands the pressure and culture of the Lakers. He's gonna be fine. Same dudes whining about that potential hiring are the ones who were crying when LA was winning two games a month because it ruined their draft position. Then they wound up with the best guy possible for them in Randle (since Embiid got hurt).

It's gonna be interesting to see what happens if they land Melo and Miami doesn't make any moves over the next week. LeBron could be taking meetings because I just can't see how they improve that roster with LeBron, Bosh and Wade under contract.
